Uncommon
Habitat: Permanent reedy ponds/temporary pools w/ seasonally-fluctuating water levels/emergent vegetation. Bog, lake/pond edges; tolerates seasonal water draw down. Adults fly slowly in and out of emergent vegetation along shore or nearby grassy fields.
