What about cancellations?
Meetings at the Robinson Nature Center are cancelled if the Howard County Government has announced government buildings are closed and will not open for the day. For other venues where a Howard County Bird Club (HCBC) event was scheduled, the cancellation will be posted on the front page of the HCBC website in a banner headline and on the website calendar. Field Trips and Workshops may be cancelled at the discretion of the leader and announced in advance when possible. How to Find Owls – RESCHEDULED
I am rescheduling the two sessions of a field workshop entitled “How to find an owl” for Sunday, February 22. If you signed up for the Feb 15 event that was cancelled, I already have your information, and you are registered. The location is in western Howard Co. in the Patuxent River St Park. You must pre-register and class size is limited. The first session is at 9:30 and the second is at 1:00 PM. You must designate which session you are signing up for AND list the names of all attendees coming with you. Full details and directions will be provided before the event. You must designate which session you will attend and provide the names of each participant.
