Butterfly Walk at the Howard County Conservancy

Details: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The walk was continued for a few willing people until 2:00. It was a mostly cloudy day with a temperature of ~77 degrees. The list of species combined from both groups is below along with what was seen in the extended walk. The walk covered the Community Garden, the Cedar Trail, the Old Oak trail to the butterfly garden, the Tulip Poplar trail, the small garden in front of the Gudelsky Center, and the Honors Garden. The extended walk was down the Grassland Loop trail to the Hackberry tree at the far end and back again.
