The weather was comfortable with a temperature beginning in the high 60’s and rising to to the mid 70’s. There was a slight breeze of about 5 mph. The highlight of the trip was seeing a falconer try to coax a Siberian goshawk back to its cage. We watched him try to lure in the bird for close to an hour without any luck. We have some pictures and video of the goshawk. A fitting end to a nice birding day. |
